GLD needs the legacy drivers that some newer versions of HASP (after 8.53 removes).  Use this command line (with the command line installer) to put them back.

haspdinst -i -ld

Once HASP drivers that are newer than 8.53 are installed on the computer, they are not able to be rolled back.  Using the command line installer with legacy switch will put the necessary files back in place.
